It all started for me with a photo in a bridal magazine in 1989…

Just as for many of you, baking had been my hobby for years, but I never thought about turning it into a career until I saw what other people could do with this amazing art form!

I have been actively involved in the pastry world since changing careers and completing the diplôm in Pastry arts at the prestigious French Culinary Institute in 2003.

My work has been featured in every major national bridal magazine and website, as well as on CBS’s “As the World Turns,” The Style Network’s “Whose Wedding Is It Anyway?” and I co-starred in the first season of WE TV’s “Amazing Wedding Cakes” with my previous business partner.
